Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales operations, including pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
Administer customer accounts, ensuring accurate customer data, pricing records, and system information.
Process rebate calculations and monitor accounts receivable activities.
Manage Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) reporting and inventory planning activities.
Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to support budgeting and inventory control.
Coordinate shipment activities with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with headquarters on product returns, documentation, and turnaround processes.
Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable business insights.
Support product lifecycle management activities, including EOL and PCN processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Support audit activities and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience in B2B environments, preferably within manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution industries.
Experience in customer account management, order fulfilment, and sales operations.
Knowledge of Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) management.
Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with logistics coordination, inventory control, and supply chain processes is an added advantage.
Experience supporting product lifecycle management activities, including EOL and PCN processes, is an added advantage.
