Who can join?
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents joining a Polaris programme for the first time, who have not attended the Designing Your Life workshop by Republic Polytechnic or SWDA.
What do I pay?
S$87.20 including GST. Covered in full by Good Job Creations. This includes people who are not already registered with Good Job Creations, and people who are not already in our database.
How long is it?
Eight weeks, with eight one-to-one sessions.
Will you find me a job?
Polaris programmes do not offer a job matching service. Good Job Creations is a recruitment agency and can help with jobs separately — not as part of Polaris.
Who delivers it?
Ingeus delivers the coaching. Good Job Creations introduces the programme. SWDA supports it.
Can I refer a friend?

Our friendly team will reach out directly to your referral, after verifying their eligibility, and seamlessly onboard them to Polaris Programme.
Get $50 payout
S$50 is awarded when the referee successfully completes all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach. After that, we process the reward by bank transfer within 60 days.
Terms and conditions
By participating in the GJC Polaris Referral Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Referrers: anyone.
Referees: to be an eligible referee, a candidate must meet BOTH of the following criteria:
- They must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident; and
- The referee must also meet Polaris programme eligibility to join: first-time participants who have not attended the Designing Your Life workshop by Republic Polytechnic or SWDA.
Referrers must provide the referee’s full name and contact information through official Good Job Creations personnel.
Reward structure
S$50.00 — awarded to the referrer (brand ambassador) when the referee successfully completes all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach.
Payment terms
After all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach, all rewards will be paid via bank transfer to a Singapore bank account under the referrer’s name within 60 days.
Good Job Creations will not be responsible for any delays or errors in payment due to incorrect banking information provided by the referrer.
General conditions
Good Job Creations reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both referrers and referees.
Good Job Creations reserves the right to disqualify any referral or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by Good Job Creations at any time, with notice provided through the Good Job Creations website or referral portal.
Termination
Good Job Creations may terminate this referral programme at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Referrers or referees may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying Good Job Creations in writing.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from this programme shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
By participating in the GJC Polaris Referral Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
