Responsibilities :

- Develop and expand targeted specialist accounts within the private healthcare sector.
- Build and establish strong business relationships with targeted specialists and medical officers in government institutions, including public hospitals and polyclinics, to increase prescriptions of tender-awarded products.
- Drive the listing of Consumer Healthcare (CHC) products in retail pharmacies within government institutions, including polyclinic pharmacies.
- Collaborate with marketing personnel to identify, develop, and engage selected specialists in both private and public healthcare sectors as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Perform regular customer visits and follow-up activities within the assigned territory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely service and support.
- Conduct effective pre-call planning and execution to ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
- Ensure timely submission of all required reports and documentation.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with government hospitals and tender business.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions to the Sales Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
