Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily classroom operations to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Provide quality care, supervision, and early childhood education for preschool children.
- Conduct regular health and well-being checks for children and monitor their development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress, development, and daily activities.
- Conduct parent meetings and maintain positive relationships with families.
- Prepare classroom materials, learning resources, and activity setups.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Perform other childcare and classroom-related duties as assigned.
- Possess prior experience as a Preschool Teacher, Nursery Teacher, or Kindergarten Teacher.
- Hold a valid Kindergarten Teacher qualification and/or Childcare qualification.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Experience in a Japanese kindergarten is an added advantage.
