Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ACMV projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities to support effective project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee ACMV engineering activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor project progress, resources, costs, risks, and contractual obligations, and implement appropriate mitigation or corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company policies, and ethical business practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in managing or supporting ACMV projects within construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional, or other built environment sectors.
- Good knowledge of ACMV systems, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning, and maintenance practices.
- Understanding of project management principles, contract administration, risk management, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organisational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
