Responsibilities
- Support daily engineering operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, and parts overhaul activities at customer sites.
- Execute continual improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams for assigned projects.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements and support equipment-related customer requirements.
- Respond promptly to service requests and customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and provide regular service updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Escalate recurring customer issues and service trends to management for continuous improvement.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and systems is an added advantage.
