Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot product failures to identify root causes.
- Perform repair, rework, and functional testing of returned products in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Document inspection findings, test results, photos, and technical analysis.
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when required.
- Prepare inspection and service reports for customers.
- Communicate technical findings, repair status, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams on customer follow-up actions.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, inspections, servicing, and operational checks at customer premises.
- Support installation verification, basic commissioning, and functional testing.
- Maintain accurate records of service and field activities.
- Manage loan units, including issuance, return inspections, and inventory tracking.
- Assemble, configure, and test demo units and kits to ensure functionality.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to support continuous improvement of service procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition.
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering fields.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of motor systems, wiring, and control (AC/DC, stepper)
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair is an added advantage
- Familiarity with basic programming or parameter setting is an added advantage
- Ability to operate measurement tools such as a multimeter is an added advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset with professional communication skills
