Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement mid- to long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across departments.
- Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for new ventures and initiatives.
- Support senior management with strategic presentations, reports, and decision-making materials.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution, including ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or related functions.
- Skilled in analytical thinking and problem-solving, capable of converting complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Korean as the role requires regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and understanding
