Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapy interventions for patients
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home care strategies
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy
- Fully registered with relevant Singapore professional council
- Candidates with hospital, community, rehabilitation or outpatient experience are welcome to apply
