Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and procurement of equipment and furniture for redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate user workgroup meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and cost control to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop equipment and furniture specifications for tender exercises.
- Review tender submissions and provide recommendations based on technical compliance requirements.
- Support tender evaluation processes and procurement activities.
- Act as a liaison between user departments, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and information sharing.
- Document operational workflows, requirements, dependencies, and improvement proposals to support planning and design development.
- Monitor industry developments and healthcare planning trends to support informed decision-making.
- Provide project and administrative support to the campus planning team as required.
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management and procurement.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic planning skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels.
- Good listening skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
