Responsibilities:
- Provide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation, and treatment services to patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical needs.
- Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, guidelines, and procedures.
- Communicate therapy goals and care plans effectively with patients and caregivers.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to therapy assistants to support quality service delivery.
- Assist with staff scheduling and caseload allocation to ensure effective service coverage.
- Recognized Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
