Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide direct clinical care to patients in the ward.
- Perform administrative and documentation duties required for patient management and departmental operations.
- Assist Senior Residents and senior medical staff in the running of Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
- Monitor patients’ clinical progress and contribute to effective treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Possess a basic medical degree registrable with the relevant medical regulatory authority.
- Minimum 2 years of post-housemanship clinical experience.
- Be actively engaged in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage patients independently with clinical competence.
- Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative in a clinical environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in neurosurgery or a related clinical discipline is an added advantage.
- Candidates with medical qualifications not currently registrable may apply subject to regulatory and institutional requirements.
