Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from confirmation through production, shipment, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.
- Liaise with tyre factories to monitor production plans, inventory availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation and export-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales orders, shipment records, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve order fulfillment and delivery issues.
- Track order progress and provide timely updates on production and shipment status to customers and management.
- Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes to enhance service efficiency and accuracy.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or related functions.
- Prior working experience in the tyre industry is required.
- Experience with tyre manufacturers, distributors, or trading companies.
- Knowledge of international trade, shipping processes, and export documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking factories and business partners.
- Experience managing customer orders, production coordination, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Based in Singapore and legally authorized to work in Singapore.
