Responsibilities
- Oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory, material availability, logistics, procurement, transportation, and workforce deployment.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring reliable supply, on-time delivery, and effective cost and inventory control.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other functions to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including internal audits, external/certification audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and related documentation.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and business process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process redesign, productivity improvement, automation, and digitalisation.
- Analyse operational and supply chain data to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance with ISO, regulatory, safety, trade, environmental, and 5S requirements.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement, with strong experience in ISO 9001 and process improvement.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse operations, with exposure to continuous improvement projects, is preferred.
- Proven track record in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Hazardous Substance Management would be beneficial.
