- Manage customer enquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and professional support.
- Resolve customer complaints, claims, and service issues, escalating complex matters when required.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately within the system.
- Allocate inventory and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Promote and recommend relevant products and services to existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to maintain strong engagement and communication.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
- Prepare monthly reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of customer-related issues.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in the spare parts distribution industry is an added advantage.
- Experience handling customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA SD module.
