Job Summary:
Join a leading industrial solutions company and drive business growth across Singapore and Malaysia through consultative B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned territory and customer portfolio to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, site surveys, meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to identify business opportunities and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within semiconductor manufacturing and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation, order handover, and post-sales support.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, pricing requests, visit reports, and related sales documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits, quotations, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, distributors, and external stakeholders to support order fulfilment and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer developments, and industry opportunities to identify potential risks and growth areas.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline updates, demand plans, and management reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, account management, distribution, contractor management, or industrial B2B sales.
  • Experience or exposure in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, customer applications, and supply chain operations in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including technical discussions, negotiation, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, active listening, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across sales, technical, logistics, finance, and operational teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
  • Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
