Responsibilities:
- Manage sales of materials, equipment, and fixtures to clients within the F&B, retail, hospitality, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while providing solutions to support operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Prepare proposals and recommend products and services that align with clients’ business needs.
- Monitor order processing activities and coordinate inventory requirements to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, procurement, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate supply chain activities to support seamless order fulfilment and business operations.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide order-related support to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, contracts, order records, and delivery tracking documentation.
- Generate and update operational reports and administrative records as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales administration, trading, logistics, F&B, retail, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and manage complex logistics, order processing, and supply chain workflows accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support shared business objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
