Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned service job (i.e equipment service/troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training and buy-off).
- Receives & responds to customer verbal & written inquiries on technical matters.
- Coordinates with internal Sales/Admin team on spare part/machine claim, purchase order matters and any additional information required by customer.
- Establish the spare part pricing, provides quotation for spare part/machine/modification/engineering charges.
- Creating new processes, work on existing processes & revise them if necessary to make improvisations.
- Develop strong customer relations at technical level.
- As dedicated Demo machine ownership requested to maintenance machine performance, perform preventive maintenance, and manage the machine spare parts.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
[Must]
- Candidate must have minimum a Diploma in Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience as a Service Engineer for Mechanical related products/equipment, ideally in Semiconductor related industries
- Able to travel on short notice, for Average 1-2 weeks on average per quarter for machine support
- Good technical skills in problem-solving & data analysis
- Good teamwork and proactive learner
