Responsibilities
- Manage assigned regional accounts to drive aftersales parts sales and maintain stable order volumes.
- Analyse ordering trends, sales performance, and fulfilment data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional supply chain teams to achieve targeted order fulfilment rates and lead times.
- Support the distribution of aftersales parts across the region to enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
- Monitor operational activities and execute tasks in accordance with established SOPs.
- Participate in operational review sessions and recommend solutions for supply chain challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, and coordination activities across regional teams.
- Monitor developments in the automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle sector, and supply chain environment.
- Support process improvement, digitalisation, and business enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Travel regionally as required to support business operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of logistics terminology and Incoterms.
- Experience in sales analysis, order fulfilment, inventory coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness to travel regionally for approximately 2–3 days per month.
