Responsibilities:
- Open the store punctually and ensure systems and operational setup are ready for business.
- Monitor customer queues and take proactive steps to improve service efficiency and reduce waiting times.
- Prepare and manage cash float, operate cash registers, and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Promote products, weekly specials, and support sales initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and organisation of retail and storage areas.
- Ensure the security of inventory, premises, and confidential information.
- Maintain records and coordinate routine upkeep of pharmacy equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and ensure products are stored in appropriate saleable conditions.
- Process goods receipts, inter-branch stock transfers, and related inventory documentation.
- Support cycle counts and stock-taking activities.
- Maintain daily sales records and perform data entry into inventory management systems.
- Assist with document filing, report preparation, and administrative support activities.
- Support the onboarding, orientation, and coaching of new staff and promoters.
- Participate in workplace improvement projects and operational initiatives.
- GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic administrative, cash handling, and inventory management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and data entry processes is an added advantage.
