Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, screening escalations, and care coordination.
- Prepare clinic counters, waiting areas, consultation rooms, patients, and equipment for daily operations.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring health parameters and assisting with minor procedures.
- Provide pre-test instructions, patient enquiries handling, and basic patient education.
- Apply infection prevention and workplace safety practices.
- Support audits, documentation, charge reconciliation, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Identify risks, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain service standards.
- Guide, train, and assess junior staff on operational and clinical procedures.
- Support emergency response activities and evacuation exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare or service industry.
- Experience in a customer service environment is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a hospital setting and across different clinics when required.
- Able to perform shift work when required.
