Responsibilities
- Manage product merchandising activities and ensure alignment with brand and company standards.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate product performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer preferences and market opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising effectiveness, and market trends.
- Develop and implement category strategies to optimize product assortment and business growth.
- Manage product mix planning to meet customer needs and strengthen brand positioning.
- Develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree.
- No experience is required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlook up, Pivot table).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant buying experience is an added advantage.
