Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to maintain adequate coverage based on forecasts, purchase orders, and safety stock requirements.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment activities and support purchase requisition requests when required.
  • Track incoming shipments, manage ETA updates, and liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Expedite urgent customer requirements and critical shortage situations through close supplier coordination.
  • Identify and escalate supply risks, shipment delays, inventory shortages, and forecast variances to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory, shipment, and ETA reports for key customer accounts.
  • Monitor slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory and highlight potential risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage open orders and provide timely updates on order status, stock availability, lead times, and delivery commitments.
  • Support sales activities through customer reporting, account administration, quotation preparation, and pricing support.
  • Consolidate and communicate lead-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sample requests, technical reports, and customer documentation with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, quotations, and account activities.
  • Consolidate customer forecasts and demand plans to support inventory planning and sales analysis.
  • Generate monthly reports on inventory, shipments, usage trends, and forecast-versus-actual consumption.
  • Support inventory reviews, business reviews, and management reporting with accurate data and analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, customer service, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive operational requirements.
