Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, stakeholder consultation, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with organizational branding and hiring needs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, induction programs, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements, recommending updates to HR policies and practices when necessary.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and liaison with relevant labour authorities.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct talent reviews and support succession planning to strengthen workforce capabilities and leadership continuity.
- Manage annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee HR operations, including manpower budgeting, payroll coordination, HR reporting, personnel records management, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Monitor workforce demographics and provide HR insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage employee insurance matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Review and enhance employee handbook, welfare programs, and benefits offerings to remain competitive and relevant.
- Lead employee engagement activities, recognition programs, surveys, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Supervise office administration functions, including facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement, travel arrangements, and asset management.
- Review administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective office operations.
- Support workplace health and safety compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience with responsibility across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience within a multinational corporation or industrial environment is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience managing performance management, talent development, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday, or equivalent systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the automotive or industrial sector is an added advantage.
- Experience in office administration, budgeting, vendor management, and workplace compliance is an added advantage.
