Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections of equipment, including cleaning, functional checks, consumable replacement, and lubrication.
- Diagnose equipment faults using technical manuals and relevant troubleshooting procedures, and carry out repairs or component replacements where required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and parts usage.
- Follow workplace safety and health requirements, as well as established operating procedures and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational workflows.
- Support other maintenance and operational activities as assigned.
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working with machinery in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Training on equipment and machinery will be provided.
