Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring M&E project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on installation, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, T&C check sheets, and progress reports.
- Site Supervision: Supervise M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Procurement & Technical Support: Assist with material, equipment, and manpower procurement while supporting the resolution of technical and site-related issues within project budgets.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction or M&E industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with M&E systems such as VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers, chilled water piping, lighting controls, BMS, and retrofit/renovation works.
- Project Experience: Experience supporting M&E projects, with data centre project exposure being advantageous.
- Communication: Good command of spoken and written English, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.
