Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for semiconductor facility projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Create detailed 3D models for process piping systems and tool hook-up services.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination to minimize construction and installation conflicts.
- Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
- Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, contractor feedback, and revised project documentation.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and company standards.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of BIM modelling experience, preferably within semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction specifications.
- Experience working in fast-paced project environments with tight project schedules.
- Knowledge of process piping, exhaust, HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, gas, and chemical systems is an added advantage.
- Site experience in tool hook-up or facility installation projects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM coordination processes is an added advantage.
