Responsibilities:
The Electrical Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing the Electrical aspects of the projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.
- Manage projects from planning through to completion, including the design of electrical building systems.
- Liaise with clients and service providers to establish project scopes and conduct on-site field surveys.
- Manage project evaluations, budgets, documentation, technical specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Conduct technical analysis and system selection while evaluating project costs and budgets.
- Prepare and complete design documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with other project teams and provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to junior staff.
- Prepare and submit electronic applications to relevant authorities for utility services and building regulatory approvals
- Singaporeans Only
- 3 – 8 years of experience in Electrical construction projects
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
