Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning and design through to completion, with a focus on electrical building systems.
- Liaise with clients and service providers to establish project scopes, requirements, and deliverables, as well as conduct site surveys.
- Manage project evaluations, budgets, documentation, technical specifications, and overall project coordination.
- Analyse project requirements and select appropriate electrical systems while evaluating project costs and budgets.
- Prepare and complete design documentation, drawings, and technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare and coordinate e-submissions to relevant authorities for utility services and building regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate work with multidisciplinary project teams and provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff.
- Singaporeans Only
- More than 10 years experience in both construction management and design
- Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer or Completed FEE and preparing for Practice of Professional Engineering Exam
- Design for Safety Professional
- Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, Electrical OM, ETAP, Dialux
