Job Summary: Drive growth in the refrigeration sector through strategic business development, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across Asia.
Responsibilities: - Develop and expand new business pipelines within the refrigeration market.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to generate sales leads and improve market penetration.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-fit solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Strengthen team capabilities by promoting full product portfolio utilization and application expertise.
- Engage with key industry leaders to build relationships and support long-term growth strategies.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development within an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cooling systems and refrigeration market dynamics, including project lifecycle and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong market analysis skills and sound business judgement.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and responsiveness in achieving results.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes.
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple options in dynamic situations.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience developing strategic solutions in a matrix organization.
