Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders with tyre factories from order placement through production and shipment.
- Manage factory production schedules, order status, delivery timelines, and fulfilment priorities.
- Plan supply and shipments based on confirmed customer orders and demand forecasts.
- Monitor production progress and address delays, shortages, and other supply constraints.
- Coordinate international shipment arrangements and shipping documentation with logistics partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer deliveries.
- Maintain accurate order, production, and shipment records and provide regular status updates.
- Support supplier coordination and other supply chain activities across international markets.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related discipline.
- Prior working experience in the tyre industry is preferred.
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, production coordination, purchasing, or related functions.
- Experience working directly with tyre factories or manufacturers is an added advantage.
- Strong working proficiency in English for business communication with English-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong working proficiency in Mandarin for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking factories and business partners in China.
- Working knowledge of international trade, shipping, and import/export processes.
- Experience coordinating production schedules, customer orders, shipment timelines, and supply-related issues.
