- Research and track market activity, key players, and emerging trends across APAC data centre markets.
- Gather, validate, and maintain accurate market information from multiple sources.
- Analyse data and translate findings into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
- Prepare client deliverables, including reports, market briefings, and presentations.
- Support client discussions, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor industry developments and market updates to ensure insights remain current.
- Collaborate on ongoing research initiatives and special projects.
- Degree qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to conduct research, analyse information, and produce accurate findings.
- Experience in a client-facing environment is an added advantage.
- Interest in real estate or infrastructure is an added advantage.
