- Act as Project Manager (PMO) or Delivery Lead for banking system development and implementation projects.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare, organise, and present project progress reports to client management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and manpower planning.
- Collaborate closely with clients, business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
- Support project governance and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience in banking operations or banking systems.
- Experience in banking system development or implementation projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English language for communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and process-focused with strong project coordination skills.
