Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for product installation, integration, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions to ensure effective equipment operation.
- Support partner workshops, maintenance activities, and after-sales service initiatives.
- Liaise with overseas distributors and regional stakeholders to coordinate technical support requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions to customers.
- Travel across Southeast Asia to support projects, site visits, and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop expertise for progression into a customer-facing technical sales role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technical Engineer.
- Experience in customer support or technical support functions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia and undertake overseas business trips.
- Possess a valid driving license and own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
- Experience with industrial rotating equipment for Oil & Gas applications, including pumps, valves, or rotating machinery, is an added advantage.
