Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends to inform sourcing strategies and optimise supply chain performance
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to support operational needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency and favourable agreements
- Monitor vendor performance through audits and resolve supply disruptions or quality issues
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising product or service quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Prepare annual procurement budgets and track KPIs to assess operational performance
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and market analysis
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance and procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost optimisation and budgeting
