Responsibilities
- Spearhead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives through Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and Change Management methodologies.
- Lead business process re-engineering and job redesign projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to improve processes through technology, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Analyse existing warehouse and supply chain processes to identify cost-saving and productivity enhancement opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
- Drive cross-functional transformation projects while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Evaluate business, process, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Apply improvement methodologies and analytical tools to maximise operational results and business value.
- Conduct operations research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and drive organisational change.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-Engineering, Operations Excellence, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering and Organisation/Job Redesign.
- Project Management training or certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of ISO accreditation and certification standards.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and sustainability practices.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
