Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily loan operations with internal back-office and treasury teams
- Perform KYC/AML screening, investigations, and reporting for new and existing clients
- Conduct ongoing covenant monitoring and assist with annual rating reviews
- Support investor analysis for credit approval processes
- Prepare internal performance and accounting reports for Singapore Branch and Tokyo Head Office
- Participate in fund finance projects and implementation
- Conduct market research to support APAC business growth
- Assist with audit communication and ad-hoc assignments
- 1–3 years of loan operations experience (back or middle office) in a bank
- Experience in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance preferred
- Strong teamwork ethic and cultural sensitivity
- Good understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Excel and Word
