Responsibilities:
- Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
- Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, marketing and valuation decks
- Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research
- Manage transaction due diligence processes, data rooms and communications with clients and diligence advisors on live execution
- Guide and support the team’s analysts on analyses and creation of presentation materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- 3-5 years of M&A work experience, preferably with an investment bank
- Experience with financial modelling, valuation and the creation of impactful presentation material
