Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain customer-specific RMA dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze RMA trends, failure patterns, and turnaround times to identify improvement opportunities.
- Present data-driven insights and reports to internal stakeholders and customers during reviews or escalations.
- Act as the primary RMA contact ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Manage end-to-end RMA cases, including intake, Failure Analysis (FA), Customer Failure Analysis (CFA), repair, rework, and closure.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work within a cross-functional pod structure to support agility, workload balancing, and operational continuity.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups, case reviews, and retrospectives to enhance performance and service quality.
- Track pod-level performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate complex situations and data involving multiple variables.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Technical proficiency in data analytics and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with Jira workflows and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of FA/CFA processes and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Confident in presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
