Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to support the growth of diagnostic services.
- Manage public and private tender submissions, partnering with finance and service teams on proposals, costing and service delivery models.
- Establish, implement and maintain business policies, procedures and internal controls in collaboration with service leads.
- Monitor business, operational and financial performance, analyse variances and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects and management-assigned initiatives from planning through execution.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to support business objectives, alignment and operational excellence.
- Plan and facilitate meetings and cross-functional workgroups to drive decisions and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, including experience leading projects and working across functions to drive outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in project leadership, operations management and execution.
- Demonstrated financial and analytical capabilities, including variance analysis, issue identification and solution development.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, complex environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Access, Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience planning and facilitating meetings and workgroups.
