Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts, including property developers, project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Achieve sales targets for gas solutions, project-related services, and appliances.
- Advise customers on gas supply availability, gas piping systems, installation requirements, and appliance solutions.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to promote gas services and lifestyle appliance solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders from project acquisition through project completion and handover.
- Participate in project bids, tenders, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate project documentation, quotations, submissions, delivery schedules, and progress tracking.
- Manage after-sales support activities and ensure successful project closure.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including seminars, technical workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor project schedules, payment collection, and overall project progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant sales experience within engineering, industrial, utilities, construction, building services, or a related industry.
- Experience managing B2B accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of project sales, tender participation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
