- Handle phone and fax sales enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and process customer quotations and orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure proper order fulfilment, including accurate entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers on order and delivery status.
- Manage export documentation for regional shipments.
- Process documentation for Letters of Credit where applicable.
- Liaise with warehouse teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Generate billing for all completed orders.
- Support the Sales team in achieving monthly forecast targets.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in order processing and export shipping.
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processing is an added advantage.
