Job Summary:
Drive market growth by developing new business opportunities and executing strategic sales initiatives within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by monitoring market and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to support partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Represent products and solutions at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Proactively engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within target segments.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and value-driven pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong and realistic sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contract closure, and project implementation.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends, providing regular reports to management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop sales forecasts, action plans, and strategies with regular updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales within a similar industry segment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new client accounts.
  • Strong familiarity with the assigned market segment and established industry network is an advantage.
  • Experience in generating new business opportunities and expanding client base.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with strong accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
