Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for semiconductor facility projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Create detailed 3D models for process piping systems and tool hook-up services.
- Conduct clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination to minimize construction conflicts.
- Generate shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, contractor feedback, and revised designs.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and company standards.
- Support additional project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of BIM modelling experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction specifications.
- Knowledge of process piping, exhaust, HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, gas, and chemical systems is an added advantage.
- Site experience in tool hook-up or facility installation works is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a project environment with tight deadlines.
