Responsibilities
- Drive semiconductor manufacturing process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Monitor process performance and manufacturing data to identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate process and yield issues through root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support process optimisation, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams on NPI, process transfer, and production ramp-up activities.
- Apply statistical and data-driven methodologies to evaluate process performance and improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure improvement activities comply with relevant quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in process engineering, process optimisation, yield improvement, or semiconductor manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven process improvement.
- Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, or statistical analysis tools is preferred.
