Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis for potential real estate investments
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Assist in preparing investment proposals, papers, and presentations for senior management
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits and document reviews
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, legal advisors, property managers)
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Extensive travel may be required, sometimes at short notice
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate, property, investment, asset management, or corporate finance
- Candidates with strong real estate finance experience but limited direct investment experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in developing a career in real estate investment and asset management
- Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment concepts
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build, analyse, and work with financial models
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
