- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and driving service excellence.
- Lead, coach and supervise a team of Case Managers to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
- Manage complex and escalated insurance applications, liaising closely with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the submission and follow-up of applications with insurers to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking and maintenance of all client applications and records.
- Familiar with insurance products/services, underwriting requirements and banks’ credit procedures.
- Oversee administrative activities, including medical examinations, policy documentation, client reimbursements and logistics arrangements.
- Act as the key escalation point for internal and external customer enquiries.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and service standards to meet business KPIs.
- Participate in continuous training and development programmes and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 5-7 years’ experience in the banking and/or insurance industry.
- Prior experience in leading, coaching or mentoring a team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes and policy administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Performance-driven, results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
