Job Summary:
Join a dynamic construction team and contribute to the successful delivery of building projects through effective project coordination and site management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate civil and structural engineering project activities.
- Supervise on-site construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and prepare safe work procedures in collaboration with safety personnel.
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare method statements for project activities.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
- Monitor project execution to ensure timely and smooth completion of works.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Completion of the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
- Completion of the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.
- Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
