Responsibilities:
- Provide professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultations and treatments to patients
- Respond to patients’ enquiries on treatments and TCM-related matters
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and prescribed medicine in the TCM database
- Participate in TCM health talks, workshops, and outreach activities
- Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulatory requirements
- Valid certification with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB), or pending registration
- Basic IT proficiency for documentation and system usage
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
