- Support daily lab and perioperative operations in compliance with SOPs, safety, and regulatory standards
- Perform phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, POCT, and clinical tests; ensure accurate specimen handling and result reporting
- Prepare patients, verify consent, assist in transfers/positioning, and maintain sterile field during procedures
- Assist surgeons by anticipating needs, handling instruments, and managing specimens
- Perform QC, calibration, equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot issues; coordinate servicing as needed
- Use LIS for result entry, validation, and tracking
- Maintain inventory, clean/disinfect equipment and rooms, and ensure readiness of supplies
- Report critical values, incidents, and workflow issues promptly; maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, data protection, and quality standards
- Provide professional support to patients and healthcare teams; mentor juniors and support training
